Reform UK Manifesto on Employment Law
The Reform UK Manifesto on Employment Law has now been published for the 2024 General Election. Here are the key proposals that affect employment.
- Remove the IR35 rules to support sole traders;
- Scrap thousands of laws that hold back British business and damage productivity, including employment laws that make it riskier to hire people;
- Remove EU Regulations with immediate effect; and
- Replace the Equality Act.
