- Once we receive your company details we will personalise your contract and employee handbook.
- You will receive your draft documents within 10 days. If you have any queries or amendments we will action those for you.
- Once you are happy with both documents we will create a personalised contract for each employee and will produce a letter of introduction for your staff.
- All you have to do then is reuse the template contract for each new starter and keep the employee handbook in a location where staff can access it easily.
- Finally we recommend reviewing your contract and handbook annually.
