I will arrange a zoom or phone call at a time convenient to you. During the call I will gather everything I will need create your contract and employee handbook. If you have contracts of employment and an employee handbook in place you will need to send them to me.
Creating The DocumentsOnce I have everything I need from you, I will create your bespoke contract of employment and employee handbook using legally compliant, tried and tested policies.

Receiving Your DocumentsYou can expect to receive your draft documents within 21 days. When you receive your draft contract of employment and employee handbook, I encourage you to read the documents and if there are any amendments you would like me to make please let me know what they are within 28 days.
PresentationOptions for presentation include: printed i.e. ring binders or bound booklets and electronic i.e. intranet, internet, or e-mail (electronic versions are much easier and quicker to update and republish).
If you choose to go ahead with printed copies you can make arrangements with your usual printer to print and bind the document or you can produce the document in house. Alternatively, I have a number of clients who are printers who would be happy to provide a quote for the work.
