You pay one fixed fee per advert (job) regardless of the role(s) you are recruiting for. All adverts are placed on the day you authorise us to go ahead, and we send the applicants directly to your inbox.

How The Fixed Fee Recruitment Advertising Service Works
As an in-house HR Manager I managed many recruitment campaigns and have a vast amount of experience of writing and placing adverts.
You Provide
When you ask me to place an advert on your behalf you will need to provide:
| Job Description or Existing Advert | Send me your existing advert or job description and I will create an optimised advert for the premium job boards. Don’t worry if you don’t have either of those documents send me some details and I will create the advert from there. | |
| Key Skills & Experience | I will need details of the key skills, experience, and qualifications the ideal candidate must have with an indication of what would be desirable. So for instance if you were advertising for a HR Administrator experience with HR database software would be essential with proficiency in the specific programme you use being desirable. | |
| Pay & Benefits | I will need to know the benefits package you are intending to offer suitable candidates, such as pay, holiday entitlement, commission, bonuses etc. |
What Kea Will Do
When you authorise me to place an advert on your behalf I will
| Optimise and Publish Your Advert |
I will create an optimised advert for online search engines. Your advert will be published on the following Premium Job Boards: CV Library, Glassdoor, Gumtree, Indeed (sponsored), Jobsite, Monster, Reed and Total Jobs as well as LinkedIn and Facebook.
All adverts run for a minimum of 28 days with some job boards publishing for up to 6 weeks and I refresh them regularly to keep them at the top of the listings. |

| Candidate Admin |
I acknowledge every application and clarify the next steps before sending the applications to you. Once you receive the applications, all you have to do is contact the candidates that interest you, cutting down your admin.
Once you have interviewed and made an offer simply let me know which candidate you have chosen and I will send reject messages to the unsuccessful candidates and close the adverts. |
