Transparent Pricing
At Kea HR we believe in transparency and let you know our prices right from the start.
For remote Pay As You Go HR Advice I charge £80 per hour. I request £80 upfront, to cover the first hour of remote advice. That time never expires. Whilst your account is in credit I will send itemised statements on a monthly basis to detail how and when the account has been used. Once your account goes into a negative balance I will send you invoices monthly in arrears for the time used; invoices should be paid within 14 days.
I charge you for the time used in 15 minute blocks, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes for each situation. The charges will cover the cost of our discussion and the time it takes me to confirm our discussion including any processes I have recommended and provide any letters, forms or meeting scripts you require. I am generally available to respond to emails or talk to you via phone or video within 1 working day.
For onsite Pay As You Go HR Advice I charge £100 per hour. There is a minimum charge of 2 hours and thereafter I charge for the time used in 15 minute blocks.
