New Driving Licence Rules

New rules governing the recording of motoring offences on drivers’ licences were introduced on 8 June 2015. Endorsements and penalty points issued in Scotland, England and Wales will be recorded electronically and will no longer appear on the driver’s licence card or the paper counterpart.
