New Driving Licence Rules

New rules governing the recording of motoring offences on drivers’ licences were introduced on 8 June 2015. Endorsements and penalty points issued in Scotland, England and Wales will be recorded electronically and will no longer appear on the driver’s licence card or the paper counterpart.

Agency Workers Regulations

The UK Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) 2010 ensure that temporary agency workers are entitled to the same basic working and employment conditions as directly-hired staff. They guarantee equal treatment regarding pay, working time, and holidays after a 12-week qualifying period, alongside “day one” rights.
