If you are worrying about a situation that is happening in your business and don’t have an annual retainer with me, I am happy to work with you on a Pay As You Go basis.

The Pay As You Go HR Advice service is perfect if HR issues crop up relatively infrequently or you want to try Kea HR out before committing to an annual retainer with us.

You will pay £160 initially. Time spent at your premises is charged at £100 per hour and remote work is charged at £80 per hour. Remote work includes phone calls, video meetings, answering emails and preparing documents and letters to support the advice I have provided.

There are no timeframes on unused time. Whilst your account is in credit, I will send monthly itemised statements, detailing how and when the account has been used. Once your account goes into a negative balance, I will send you invoices monthly in arrears for the time used; invoices should be paid within 14 days.

To book a session with me, simply choose your preferred date and time. Then click next and add your name and contact details, then choose video or phone for our initial conversation. Finally click the Schedule button. You will receive confirmation via email.
