With On-Demand HR Support, you can access practical HR and employment law support as and when you need it, without committing to an annual service. Whether you need a quick answer to an HR question, help working out the right process to follow, a letter drafting, a meeting preparing for or support managing a more complicated employee situation, I’ll help you understand your options, identify any risks and decide what to do next.

You Stay In Control

You choose how much time you would like to purchase to get started. If I review your query and think more time will be needed, I’ll let you know before carrying out any additional work.

Transparent Pricing

Remote On-Demand HR Support is charged at £75 per hour and is purchased in advance, starting from 30 minutes (£37.50).

You can choose to purchase 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 4 hours depending on the support you think you will need. Not sure how long your query will take? Start with 30 minutes. If I review the information you provide and think more time will be required, I’ll let you know before carrying out any additional work.

Time is recorded in 15-minute increments and covers the time I spend working on your matter. This may include telephone or video meetings, reviewing information and documents, researching your query and preparing letters, forms or other supporting documentation.

On-site support is charged at £90 per hour and will be agreed with you in advance.
