Employment Rights Act

Here is an overview of the Employment Rights Act that was formally announced in parliament on 10 October 2024 and received Royal Assent on 15 December 2025. The measures within the Act will be delivered in four phases, the first in February 2026, the second in April 2026, the third in October 2026 and the remainined measures delivered during 2027.
