As a member of the HR Support Services, you will take advantage of over 25 years of experience in supporting Directors and line managers with the full range of HR issues! You can work with me on a retained or ad-hoc basis. My aim will be to take away the stress associated with managing your people and give you the peace of mind that your business is protected.

As a member you will receive straight-forward answers to your HR questions, no matter how routine they might be and I will support that advice with the tools you need to get the job done. To successfully complete your HR responsibilities, I will provide dedicated on-site support and will be available in between the on-site visits via email and telephone to provide straightforward, practical and effective advice to help you resolve HR issues quickly.

Partnering with me on a short term-basis provides your business with practical, hands-on assistance either remotely or on-site giving you the HR support you need, when you need it.
Popular HR Projects are: supporting managers with disciplinary investigations and meetings, redundancy processes and TUPE transfers of groups of staff.
I will provide step-by-step advice, will visit your business premises to support you through difficult or sensitive meetings or will take the lead on your project – freeing up your time to get on with running your business.
